If your account has been suspended from access to the Echo of Soul game client, you should still able to log in to the Papaya Play website and submit a support ticket to request more information. We will provide whatever information on the nature and length of your account suspension we are in a position to disclose. 


Details on account suspensions are only provided directly to the verified account owner, via the support system. We do not share account-specific information over Discord, or anywhere else outside of our support system.


In order to maintain the security of our cheat detection practices, we may not be able to disclose specific information on the offense, or the exact date and time the infraction took place. Repeated requests for such information may be ignored.


If your Papaya Play account has been suspended entirely, you may request information from another account, but you will be required to first verify that you are the account's legitimate owner.
