Harassing other users is a violation of the Terms of Use, and not permitted.
However, due to the subjective nature of verbal harassment, and the competitive nature of the game, it is difficult to precisely define what constitutes harassment. We ask that players make use of the Block function as a first response to perceived verbal harassment, and avoid engaging with problematic players.
If the harassment continues across different characters, or is of an especially egregious nature, submit a support ticket about the incident, including the exact name of the character(s) being reported, and the time the incident(s) took place. Include screenshots of the dialogue, if possible.
Please be advised that any actions which may be taken against offending accounts are internal matters. To preserve account security and prevent punitive reporting, we do not disclose specific information as to whether account action has taken place or for what reason, except to the verified account owner.
