Most high-level zones in Echo of Soul are enabled for player-versus-player combat, and playing the game implies that you are prepared for confrontation with other players.
If you are being repeatedly and constantly targeted, to the point where you can no longer effectively play the game, we can sometimes issue warnings or take action against players who engage in what is considered PvP harassment.
We are in the process of developing an official PvP harassment policy, but we do not yet have a precise set of rules. Nonetheless, we ask that players please report incidents where they have been unable to otherwise engage with the game due to repeated attacks from the same player, as this will help us develop and refine an official policy.
Please send a support ticket, and include as much evidence as you are able to obtain, including names, time/dates, maps, and screenshots.
Be advised that any actions which may be taken against offending accounts are internal matters, and we do not disclose specific information as to whether they have taken place or for what reasons, except to the verified account owner.
