Depending on the item and the nature of the exchange, we are sometimes able to reverse/modify certain exchanges made with the Resource/Create system.
Please send a support request if you would like a Resource/Create exchange changed or reversed, and we will let you know whether or not we are able to assist you.
- The request must be made within ten business days of the original exchange.
- The item must currently be held by either the character who made the exchange, or another character on the same account. The support request must also come from the character's account.
- Create exchanges with a chance of failure (most of them) cannot be reversed. If an item was selected for Create by accident, we can only change the resulting item to another which has the same material requirements and chance of success.
- If the resulting item from an exchange has been subsequently refined, used in a Create attempt, or otherwise modified in a way where random mechanics are involved, we cannot reverse or modify the exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse any requests for the above reasons, and any other requests which we have reason to believe could represent an attempt to circumvent game mechanics.
