However, shared accounts are far more likely to be compromised or stolen. As such, we will not offer support for compromised/stolen accounts if we have reason to believe that the account has been shared or transferred between multiple users.
Users are responsible for all activity on their accounts, and account actions are taken irrespective of whe was operating the account at the time of any incidents.
