Details on account suspensions are only provided directly to the verified account owner. Please submit a support request, and we will provide whatever information on the nature and length of your account suspension we are in a position to disclose. 

In order to maintain the security of our cheat detection practices, we may not be able to disclose specific information on the offense, or the exact date and time the infraction took place. Repeated requests for such information may be ignored.

If your account has been suspended from access to the Nine Dragons game client but you are still able to log in to the Papaya Play website, you may submit a support ticket with the suspended account.

If your Papaya Play account has been suspended, you may request information from another account, but you will be required to first verify that you are the account's legitimate owner.
