Players have, on rare occasions, successfully appealed permanent account suspensions. This is done at our discretion, and generally involves either new evidence, or an extended period of play on another account without incident, as well as an expressed understanding of the infraction which led to the suspension.
Please send a support ticket if you wish to appeal your account suspension. Include as much information as you can about the nature of the discretion.
Be advised that ban appeals are a low priority for us, and we can offer no estimated time of response. Wait times of a few months are not uncommon.
