In order to assist us in identifying, confirming, and resolving gameplay bugs as soon as possible, we ask that you include as many relevant details as possible in your report on the suspected bug/issue, including:
- The character you were playing when the bug/issue occurred
- The date/time the bug/issue occurred
- Whether the bug/issue occurs every time, or randomly
- Any error messages you observed
