Our ability to verify player trades is limited, and in-game trades are generally considered final.

However, if you have been subject to a trade scam, we may be able to intervene and force the offender to make good on the established deal. However, we require an in-game screenshot of the agreement, with the exact terms of the exchange explicitly stated. Arrangements made via social media channels or any other external communication are not considered sufficient evidence.

We intervene in such disputes on a rare, case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend exercising common sense when trading with other players, and we reserve the right to decline intervention requests in cases when we conclude that due caution was not used.
