You can connect to the Nine Dragons client through most IP addresses in the Southeast Asian regions, with the exception of Korea, China, and Vietnam.
Our publishing agreement does not cover China, Korea, or Vietnam, so while customers in these regions may be able to connect to our Nine Dragons service, we can't guarantee that our service will work, and we can only offer limited support to players in these regions.
There are official clients available for Vietnam and Korea, but they are separate from the Papaya Play client. and we do not offer any support for them.
