As with our policy, we cannot conduct any refunds for purchases made using the in-game currency, TP.
However, if this was a mistake, we will try and assist you by trading the Voucher with another Voucher.
If you have mistakenly purchased a Class Voucher and would like a refund, make sure not to use the item on the character. Once the item is used, we are technically unable to make a refund.
If you still have the Class Voucher on your Inventory, please let us know the following information.
- The Class Voucher you purchased by mistake
- The Class Voucher you wanted to purchase
- Team name
- Server name
