If you have already created a character but are not seeing them on your screen—even though it indicates that your characters exist—please try the following procedure to see if it resolves the issue:
1 - Close your game
2 - When you start your game, a selection screen between 64 and 32 bits should appear
3 - UNCHECK the checkbox in the bottom right corner
4 - Start the game in the 64-bit version
5 - If it doesn't work, repeat the same procedure using the 32-bit version
