  1. Your password has too many special characters;
    * Check this troubleshooting article for more details.

    Try changing your password with the following conditions:
    The password restrictions of the game client is as follows:
    - The password must be 20 letters or less and can be combined with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
    - You can include most symbols in your password such as: !#$%&’()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~
    - However, these symbols are counted as 3 regular letters or numbers.

  2. You have put in your email address instead of your Papaya Play ID

    Try putting in your Papaya Play ID in the ID part instead.
