If you are getting a "Connecting to the server..." message but then no message and not connecting to the server, the problem may be that your password is too long or too short, or if you have too many special characters.
Try a password reset: https://www.papayaplay.com/account/recoverpwd.do
For now, we recommend you set the password to around 8 characters and not use special characters.
Also, some applications may prevent the game from starting (e.g. exitlag). Try closing all other applications before you try again.
