Accounts migrated from previous Echo of Soul services have reported issues with their character's Friend list being inaccessible. We're unable to manually alter character Friend lists at this time, but we have received reports that the following workaround will correct the issue:
- Log in from an alternate character on your account and open your Friend list.
- Log back into your main character, and you should still be able to see the alternate character's Friend list.
- Delete any encrypted names (displayed with "########") from the list.
- Repeat steps 1 to 3, until your main character's Friend list functions again.
