Echo of Soul accounts are limited to a maximum of eight characters, across both servers.

If you are certain that you have fewer than eight characters on both servers but are still unable to create more, it is possible that the server is confused about how many characters you have remaining. Please send a support ticket and we should be able to correct your account information, allowing you to create the maximum of eight characters.
