Select the character and choose Dismiss Member.

A 48-hour dismissal review period applies before the character is permanently deleted.

Make sure the character is not affected by any restriction shown in the dismissal window.

Deleted characters cannot be recovered through the normal game interface, so review the request carefully before confirming.
