Currently, there is no Character Name Change Ticket available in the Cash Shop.

However, here are your options if you would like to have your new character name:

? 1. Delete and Recreate the Character

  • You can delete your character and create a new one with the desired name.

  • If you need more character slots, the Character Slot Card is available in the Cash Shop for 620 LTC.

? 2. Contact Support (Within 10 Days of Creation)

If you accidentally gave your character the wrong name, you can request a name change within 10 days of creation by submitting a Support Ticket.
Our team can manually assist you in renaming the character in this case.

? 3. Name Change Due to Inappropriate Content or Bugs

In the following cases, you may also request a name change via Support Ticket:

  • The character name violates the naming policy and must be changed.

  • A bug or technical issue has caused a problem with your character name.

⚠ Notes:

  • Character names must be unique and must not violate our community or naming policies.

  • Outside of these cases, name changes are not available at this time.
