To create a fairer and more secure gameplay environment, we have strengthening our policies against malicious account creation and abuse. As part of this effort, we have updaed our account registration rules as of December 2025.
1. Key Change: Blocking Disposable Email Sign-Ups
We will now strictly block account creation using disposable or temporary email services.
- Why this change?
Abusers often use disposable emails to create large numbers of accounts for cheating, botting, and other disruptive activities. Preventing this helps protect the community and improve the overall player experience.
2. What This Means for You
- Existing Players:
You are not affected. No action is required, and you may continue playing as usual.
This update is designed to protect you by reducing malicious activity in-game. - New Players:
Please use a permanent email address from a trusted provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.) when creating a new account.
3. If You Encounter an Issue
If you are using a normal, legitimate email address and still find that account creation is being blocked, please reach out to us through our Support Tickets.
We will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
