If you see the following error message, please try the following:
1) Edit your game directory
- Go to the game directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\Papaya Play\TreeOfSavior\release\patch;
- Copy the file patcher.version.txt;
- Paste it in the same folder and rename it to patcher.version_2.txt;
- Start the Launcher.
2) Edit your Adapter Settings of your computer
- Right-click your Internet Access in the lower right toolbar and open "Network and Sharing Center"
- Click "Change Adapter Settings" in upper right corner
- Right click your main internet connection, it may be "Wireless Network Connection", or "Local Area Connection".
- Find "Internet Protocol Version 4/ IPv4" and click Properties
- Tick "Use the following DNS servers:"
- Input: Preferred DNS server: 8 . 8 . 8 . 8 and Alternate DNS server: 8 . 8 . 4 . 4
If 1/2 still does not help, we will have to analyze your HAR capture files.
