Here you have some steps to fix the "No sound" issue/bug.
Install or Update your audio drivers
Check game files on the launcher itself before starting the game
Install DirectX Redist (June 2010) and/or DirectX End-User Runtime

Go to the Sound manager system on your system by clicking on the speaker on the bottom-right side of your desktop and disable all the devices except your headset or speakers.
Restart your computer
