After purchasing TP, you will be able to play the Goddess' Blessing, to gain Cosmetic items.
After spinning certain times, you can go to the TP Shop, to the "Exchange Shop" tab and you will find the button that says "Exchange items for medals".
Please click on this to gain Exchange Shop Medals.
Once you have the medals, you should be able to make purchases in the Exchange Shop.
