Please note that the account deletion is a serious action, and deleted accounts CANNOT be recovered, under any circumstances.

Before proceeding please read the Right to be Forgotten section on the Privacy Policy - https://www.papayaplay.com/portal.do?tp=privacy#rightToBeForgotten

In order to process account deletions, users are required to send the following information to Info@vertigogames.com

- Papapya Play username:

- Date of Papaya Play account registration:

- Location/IP address of Papaya Play account registration:

The email must be the registered email attached to the account, or the process will not be completed, due to security concerns.
