At the time of server maintenance, if a Director Character has not logged on for more than 30 days, the Company Director position will automatically be delegated to:
- the Deputy Director (if there are 2 Deputy Directors, one of them will be selected based on the amount of their recent activities in-game)
- another Company Member if there are no Deputy Directors appointed (the Company Member will be selected based on the amount of their recent activities in-game).
