A Company will be automatically dismissed at the time of server maintenance if any of the following conditions are met:
- None of the Company Members have logged on for more than 30 days since their last login (at all Cities).
- A week has passed since the foundation of the Company and the total number of Members is 4 or lower (Only Characters belonging to separate Accounts count). This only occurs for Companies in Cities where more than 80% of Company Slots have been filled.
