Your long loading times may be caused by usage of the low texture mode option within the game meant for low-spec computers. This setting causes the game to compress texture data so that less resources are used, but loading times are increased as a result.

You can turn this mode off by unchecking "Low quality mode" on the La Tale Launcher or in game by clicking the Menu button in the lower right of the La Tale screen. Select Options > System > Graphic and set the Texture option to the highest setting.
